Thank you for shopping at Summer Moon Design. Because my ecards and downloadable greeting cards are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned" or "re-sealed," all sales of digital designs, instant downloads, and electronic card transmissions are final and non-refundable.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that your access to the digital content begins immediately, and you waive any statutory right of withdrawal or "cooling-off" periods provided by local consumer laws.
European Union & United Kingdom: In accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, your right of withdrawal expires the moment digital content delivery or download begins. By checking the consent box at checkout, you expressly consent to immediate supply and waive your 14-day right to cancel.
Australia & Canada: Summer Moon Design products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under local Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund only for a major failure (such as a completely corrupted file that cannot be opened), in which case I will gladly replace the file.
Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchased the exact same design twice in a single transaction, and contact me within 7 days, I'll gladly refund the duplicate charge.
Unfixable File Corruption: The downloaded file is proven to be corrupted or defective, and I can't provide you a working replacement file within 3 business days of you contacting me.
Delivery Failure (Ecards): A scheduled ecard failed to send to the recipient due to a system or server error on this end (excluding cases where the recipient's email address was entered incorrectly).
❧ Color Variations: Minor color differences between your screen display and the final printed greeting card (as monitor calibrations vary).
❧ User Typos: Text mistakes, incorrect delivery dates, or misspelled email addresses entered by you during checkout or card customization.
❧ Software Incompatibility: Your inability to open or print a standard file format (like PDF or JPEG) due to a lack of proper software or hardware.
